Hi, I’m new to Peloton (waiting for delivery and meanwhile enjoying the app). I read about Ross Rayburn’s 14-day Power of Sleep meditation program but can’t figure out how to access it beyond his 5-minute introduction. In that, he describes how the program starts with simple classes and moves on from there, so it seems like we’re supposed to do the 14 classes in a specific order. By when I click on the link, it just takes me to the general meditation page and it’s not clear which class I should start with and where to go from there. I’d be grateful for any comments on the program and how best to access it. Thanks!
