Hello!, Is there a way to adjust the the pedals/shoes so that my feet don't point forward but outwards at an angle when riding the Peloton bike?

My feet are naturally outwards pointing and forcing them to point straight irritates my knees. Is there a solution to this? I didn't think about it before purchasing the bike.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Zeid

Adjust your cleats on your shoes so the front of them point more towards your big toe. That will angle your shoes slightly outward when clipped in.

Here is a video that explains it pretty well. It is for SPD cleats but same should apply for the look delta cleats.

As the previous post says, the adjustment is in the cleat not the pedal. Sit on a counter with you feet hanging free and look at the angle of your feet to your leg. Then adjust the cleat so that when you are clipped into the pedal your feet are at the same angle as when you sat on the counter, this is the natural angle of your foot. Note that the Peloton Look Delta cleats provided have a 6 degree play so your foot can move a bit either way which is helpful to preventing knee and leg pain. Also when pedaling do a few revolutions from time to time at a different angle to help keep things moving and prevent you from getting stiff.
