Did an Alex Toussaint ride this morning and it was the first live ride I've done with no riders in the studio. A little weird but it makes a lot of sense given what's going on in the world.

There will also be fewer live rides in the NY studio this week as they're moving to a new location

It does make sense. I heard our local spinning place was putting an empty bike between riders (so filling half the room), but I can't imagine that will help considering all the huffing and puffing.
