Turned out to be a bike issue, have had it swapped over by Peloton and so far (one ride) no noise.
I did notice that the magnets were different gaps to the fly-wheel, one was fairly close the other not so close.

The last couple of rides I also smelt burning and noticed the fly-wheel had a mark where something had rubbed the black off, on the side of the magnet that was closest.
Where as this is the new bike;
