after using Peloton?, It is the only thing I can think of causing this.
Shoulders and neck mostly. have been riding for about a month and a half.
Please stay on the question, does anybody experienced upper body pain from using the peloton bike? If yes, explain.

I used to experience some strain in my shoulders and neck. I did three things which have made it go away for me:
1) Improve my form - back straight, head up, shoulders down and relaxed, light grip on the bars. I realized that before I was hunching over and tightening up my neck and shoulders.
2) Do at least a 5 minute cool down ride after each workout (other than a low impact)
3) Stretch after each workout
