A friend just purchased a bike used but barely any miles on it. She keeps getting a message while riding that asks "Are you still riding?" Do you have any idea what could be causing this??

Has your fried tried a factory reset? Factory Resetting Your Touchscreen – Peloton Support (onepeloton.com)

Probably the automated system was installed earlier. You should do a factory reset and don't worry.
