Bike cadence/resistance not registering. Replace data jack?

Did you ever manage to figure this out? I’m having the same problem.I have a current Gen bike and recently the resistance and cadence have stopped registering.
After cracking the screen open it is easy to see that the 3.5mm data jack is the culprit
Has anyone replaced this data jack???
