I use Bose wired earphones that plug into the headphone jack on the handlebars. Often, I will plug in my headphones when starting a class, and while I will hear noise in the earphones when plugging them in, about 50% of the time, the speakers will not cut off, i.e. the class is playing through the speakers and not my earphones. Usually unplugging and re-pluging in the earphones will address the problem, and once set, the earphones will work for the duration of the class(es).

Since I hear the "crackling" common when plugging in the earphones, I know the earphones are working and the jack itself is good, but the speakers aren't bypassed. Already had Peloton replace my handlebars once for the same issue.

Any suggestions??
