I phoned Peloton and received a new screen. It helped but I am thinking about hard wiring to my network. The Peloton I have is two years old and was under warranty. When I did a factory reset I was dead in the water, could not connect at all.
I have nearly the same issue, my screen buffers during classes and flashes messages that "device not connected to network" but yet it's connected. I sought help with peloton support and only realised what a joke they were. The agent i messaged told me that I need to notify my ISP that my download speeds are too high (281mbps) and that peleton recommends 10-15mbps. I'm no computer geek but I have had my ISP for some time and no issues, even the bike functioned when I had a 1 gig service. I'm baffled that too fast internet speed is to blame. Not even sure I can trust what support says.
