I need a right side crank and new clip. My son changed it out for a basket, replaced it and was not threaded correctly so it is not working properly. How do I get the parts? Not seeing a link

Hi Jeff,

I think your best bet is to chat with the bike support team. They do ship some parts although for some services they will only let a technician do it if you're in the warranty period.
