Bike+ power issue

Hi Scott,
My bike plus is about 3 months old and had screen issues and they decided to send new monitor. While I waited for new screen I found that the power adapter or wire to or after adapter seems to be problem. I come out in the morning and no screen so I move adapter and fiddle with wire and then I hear bike power up. I am awaiting new wire and adapter and will return new monitor. Just guessing but when you move plug to front of bike it may be firing up adapter. I would plug it back into rear of bike and just jiggle wires and power adapter around a bit and see if you hear bike fire up.
