Bike+ screen & bike error
Hey,
I literally had my bike+ for less than 3 weeks when the screen stopped playing classes. After multiple attempts to fix the issue via support an error code then appeared staining there is an issue with the bike. (I can’t remember the code, think it was BK)
Anyway, the screen then would no longer connect to wifi. I was sent out a new screen. This did connect to the wifi but will still not play any classes. I can press the start class putting but the. Just get a black screen. All of the resistance and Cadance settings show......
They also said I need a new gram due to the error so I have to wait for that to come. My resistance setting works ok but changes randomly when in use.
has anyone had the screen issue before.
This is pretty frustrating after a $3600 payout.
