Hey,

I just took delivery of my Bike + yesterday and the screen will not accept my postal code. I have set it to the correct area ( i checked) I have also tried to add this into the website and getting the same error. Has anyone else had the same issue and resolved it? I am getting nowhere fast with Peolotons lousy customer service.

Did you resolve your issue? I am experiencing the same problem.
I did. They had switched my membership to America for some reason. They had to switch it back for my post code to work. Try logging into your account from any device and see if you can just change it yourself. Might relive the issue? It’ll show the flag in the top right corner.
Now I have while host of other problems. Having to return the bike for a new one (and wait 2 months for the privilege) 🙄😩
