Have had ongoing issues with wireless headphones for over 2 years.
Have called Peleton support 14 times on this problem.
Have asked for help with selecting a different brand of headphones (using Studio 3 by Beats) or any other advice on every call. So far they are pleasant but not helpful.
Has gotten so frustrating that am considering selling the bike and tread and moving on.

Problem was that $350 Beats that sound great were connecting at most 15% of the time.
After complaining 10 times to Peleton, one of the less brainy representatives I talked to emailed a recommended list.
Picked a less expensive and inferior sonically stellar Sony and voila…. No more issues
This plagued me for 2 years. Have zero idea why this solution wasn’t presented Day 1
