Your bike is now hot. I'm guessing you didn't use the wedge to properly set the position of the magnet. From zero, a properly calibrated bike will have some leeway before resistance goes from zero to one.

I just had a frame replacement and the calibration was WAAYYY off so Peloton sent me a calibration kit. Now when I’m riding and go all the way left it registers 0 and starts picking up immediately when I start turning right so that’s good. Maxes out at 100 all the way right and then I hear the brakes hitting. All good so far! But. Now 50 feels like my old frame’s 35.... and spinning at everything from 0-30 feels the same.....my zone 3 effort is now my zone 5-6. Help?
