Anyone know how to find some of the short 5-10min arm workouts that are suggested after a ride? I've tried to filter workouts every which way and they don't show up with the workout filter tool they only pop up after my workouts. I've tried everything length, with weights, etc and can't find them anywhere.

Hi. I find some if I click on Classes, then Strength and then filter on upper body and 5 minutes. Does that help?

Ah yea that's the part I missed! I just assumed that since they were on the bike that they were considered cycling classes! Didn't think to filter other workout types! Thanks. ;)
