Try swapping your left cleat with your right cleat and see if you are having the same problem with the cleat or if the issue stays with the pedal.
cleats not popping in
Hi, I am new to Peloton bike, and using cleats etc. My husband is able to click in and out with no problem, my right cleat does click in and stays in but it doesn't make any clicking noise, and my left cleat does not stays in, it looks very lose. I have tried turning 3 quarter turns to the right with no change.
Why is that my husband's shoes are fine and mine don't stay in?
