I have the same issue that is only getting worse with each ride. I emailed in my video and peloton is replacing the bike next week. I hate to say it, but I haven’t had a great experience and starting to regret my decision. Premium price for subpar product so far. Also not a fan of the heart rate monitor as it seems to start to fail when I sweat… I have a Concept2 rowing machine that I use regularly for years (>400 rows and more than 1.7 million meters) and it looks and works like new. Can’t say that about my clanking Peloton that is new and not working properly. I personally hate paying for quality and having to deal with product issues.
