Complementary digital app

I just ordered my Peloton bike plus on January 18. I have an estimated delivery date of April 13, 2021. I was given a complimentary subscription until April 22, 2021. What I'm trying to find out is if there's any way for me to have two profiles on this complimentary subscription since my wife will be using our bike as well. I realize once the bike is delivered and we set up our account there can be many profiles attached to the $39 a month subscription plan. In the meantime, we would both like to use the complimentary app with our existing Sunny bike and our treadmill.

You can check with Peloton support but I believe what they give you while you're waiting for delivery is the normal digital app subscription which is one profile only. They are doing a 2 month free trial so you could do a second subscription and cancel before you get billed or better yet just ask Peloton to give you a second for your wife while you wait.

I received an email from Peloton today informing me that they could not offer another complimentary subscription for my wife. That we would have to share the one subscription. Which it kinda stinks because then it makes it look like I do way more workouts than what I do. We were hoping to get 2 subscriptions so she can set up her profile when we receive our bike plus and all of her workouts would go under her profile. But I guess that is not the way it is going to work. So I guess we will be waiting patiently for our bike plus to be delivered sometime in April if the delivery does not get rolled back even further.

I just got off the phone with Peloton and unfortunately, the delivery date they gave me is the earliest date available:( they also told me that my bike+ has not been delivered to the delivery company as of yet. They say it should be delivered the week of my delivery but if it does get to the delivery company I had of that time they will contact me for an earlier delivery. So I'm not expecting it to get here before mid-April. But I'm excited for you, hopefully, your delivery will come through on Tuesday.
