Had the bike plus less than two weeks started a slightly clicking now a loud cracking sound especially when over 50, have contacted support but a month until they’ll come out anytime else had this? From what I’ve read I think it’s a problem with the crank arm

I have a video but not sure how to add it on here!

50 on your cadence or your resistance? And check if it's coming from the bike body or your pedals/shoes. Is it only happening when out of the saddle?

sound like this? Clicking noise video
Nope it’s worse than that, peloton think it’s the crank shaft got to wait a month for an engineer to look at it 😔
Hi! This is the exact nosie I am getting from bike, any advice on how to fix it? Peloton is saying three weeks before anyone can come look at it.

I have the exact same issue in our bike + which is 2 months old.

Did you get it fixed? I’ve sent the video to peloton 3 days ago and have had no response from them. I’m very disappointed.

I didn’t believe it at first, but read that it was the pedals. We went to a local bike store and got a pedal wrench and tightened the shit of it and it fixed it no problem. For $7 I’d give this a go. Better than waiting a month!

do you mind sharing what pedal wrench did you buy?
I had the same problem within less than one week of having my new bike. Peloton doesn't have crank arm parts so my appointment was canceled. Customer service at peloton is horrible. Before I regret it and $3,000 down the drain my bike is going back!

It’s your bottom bracket
Sent it back and got my $3,000. No way I'm keeping a new bike that doesn't function. Shame on peloton.
Possibly try cycling in a pair of trainers to see if it's a shoes issue?
It's not a shoe issue. And I would have had to change the peddles to wear something other than the peloton shoes you have to wear. Peloton said it was the crank arm, or bottom bracket. It was clicking in 2 different places. Except my bike was literally brand new. This all happened on my second ride. Peloton didn't have parts so I couldn't use my warranty to get it fixed so returned it. I probably got a returned bike because they pass them around and resell as new. These bikes are just a bad investment unless you can do the work yourself to fix issues except that voids the warranty. Thousands of people have this problem with the peloton bike. This goes back over 5 years and peloton hasn't corrected the problem.
Here are some reasons why your bike makes a clicking noise when pedaling hard: If you have been having difficulties pedaling your bike and there is a knocking noise when you pedal the bike, it is a strong indication that the bike chain is poorly lubricated. Regarding the issue of the bike making clicking noises when pedaling, you can remove the pulleys and grease them one by one. Upon greasing, you can now reassemble, then put them back together again. In addition, loose cassette cogs can also be the culprit of clunking noises when pedaling the bike. To address loose cassette cogs, you need to use a cassette locking tool along with an adjustable wrench and tighten the loose parts.
When I saw this post, I thought you were just referring to me getting out of bed… lol

Wow... You can only drive with such a sound to Peloton for repair or replacement. Does the warranty on this unit cover repairs?

Is it 50 on cadence or resistance like some have asked? Also, is it a clicking sound or a creaking/cracking sound?
