I purchased a bike in March and within 2 weeks it developed a very loud noise while riding. I immediately contacted Peloton and was informed that due to Covid 19 they were unable to send a technician to repair and since the bike was not currently in stock they could not send a new bike!!!
I live in California and we just entered Stage 3 of reopening which means restaurants, gyms, salon, department stores are open.
Very disappointed in the lack of service from the Peloton "team".

That sucks. I've heard of other people having similar issues. A couple people on message boards said they were given far out dates but after calling back daily they were able to get support sooner. Being a squeaky wheel seems to help with Peloton support.
