Hi all,

Just got my tread+ this morning and have problems already 😭 The STOP button in the middle blinks 5 times, pauses, then blinks again 5 times.

There is also some error msg on the screen that says the safety key is not in but that's not true as it is.

I've tried turning it off/on, factory resets but nothing works.

I spoke to peloton support and they said it'll be a month before a tech can come out to look at it...?

So ridiculous so I'm posting here in hopes someone knows how to fix this sooner.

Did your issue get fixed. Just had the same problem, new machine, red flashing lights and error updating firmware day one.
