After two weeks our "Tread" is still stuck in our living room. Two different delivery teams couldn't complete the delivery. Serious damage to our floors, walls, and the Tread itself (white marks on the side). We've spent hours on the phone with Peloton. We don't know what's happening. They said they would reimburse us for the damage, but no one will get back to us now.

I’m in the UK and one of the first to receive my tread earlier this year. My home gym is upstairs so they had to carry it up the stairs which ended up damaging the carpet. They warned me ahead of time and said how difficult they were finding the treads compared with the bikes.

I let the carpet damage go as it’s due to be replaced however it was clear from our conversation that the delivery team were experiencing problems due to the weight of the tread.

Wow, that's bad. Seems they may need to have more people or different equipment to deliver the tread given the size and weight?
