I just got a call from the shipping company that the Jan 11 date (2 days from now) has been pushed to sometime in April! I ordered this Nov 6th. Absolutely ridiculous. Unless I hear an update in 2 days I am cancelling. Already made 2 payments and no product.Incredibly bad first impression having ordered bike over 2 months ago, with a delivery date of next week, only to just be notified it will be another 2 months.
Very little confidence Peloton can meet any of its commitments and appears to be dragging us along.
Company appears to be prioritizing selling units over service level.
