Howdy, to answer your question, yes I do use the peloton to train for my biking. I don’t always have enough time to get in a regular ride, so the peloton helps me to use my time the best that I can. I set the peloton up as close to my bike settings as possible. Do I feel like using the peloton makes me a better rider? No. It just helps to keep my legs and muscles in the same muscle memory. Always, the best cycling training is to be on the bike itself. The peloton is just a way to keep as close to being on the bike when I can’t.
