After looking a little closer it looks like the bolt that goes through the flywheel is either broken or came apart.
Flywheel wobbly
So my excited wife just got her Peloton today. She was a little disappointed because the delivery people who were supposed to set her up just brought in the bike and left after 15 minutes. After several hours of trying to figure things out she finally got on and was barely able to pedal, even with the resistance at the lowest. The flywheel is totally loose and rubbing. Are we doing something wrong or does something need to be repaired?
