is there any instructors (MALE) that is a Christian that plays Christian music as they cycle?

Hi. No, Peloton doesn't yet offer any rides specifically with Christian music. The closest thing I know of would be the series Sundays with Love - which are led by Ally Love who is a Christian. More spiritual than religious I would say.

Peloton hasn't had a lot of Gospel/Christian rides that I know of. A recent tweet from their CEO suggests there might be some on the way soon.
