That said, I'll be coming in with practically zero riding experience, stiff body, and laundry list of injuries. My routine typically consists of weightlifting, walking, and jogging. I look forward to learning how to use the Peloton, and becoming part of this community!

Cheers,
Arun

Welcome Arun! Did you get your bike today?
Hi Stefan!
Yep, got it today along with the cycling shoes. I just completed a beginners class and really learned a lot as far as technique, clipping on, resistance, etc.. There was an excellent cool off stretching class followed by a 10 minute full body workout. I’m going to sleep nice tonight 🚴‍♂️ Gosh, the instructors were outstanding!

Glad to hear it! A few suggestions for you:
-do a warm up ride or if you don't have time
-try to always do at least a 5 minute cool down to get your HR down
-do a 5 minute stretch or stretch on your own
-don't go hard every day - mix in some low impacts or other types of exercise

Enjoy!
