The magnets rub on the right side of the metal front wheel making a rubbing noise. Tried to calibrate and comes up with error during calibration. What to do?

The magnets rub on the right side of the metal front wheel making a rubbing noise. Tried to calibrate and comes up with error during calibration. What to do?

Not sure how this happened but if it's during delivery, contact support and get them to come repair. you can also likely recenter the magnets by yourself. There is a video for the original bike but not sure I've seen one for the Bike+. Just simply get in front and PUSH the magnet assembly to be more centered.
