Peloton offered to swap my original bike frame but then, the new bike is also making noises, which appears to be coming from the bottom bracket:

Apparently, the reason they have to swap the frame instead of sending someone to fix is because the people hired by XPO in Canada are not trained to do any service other than replacing the hub bearing. Most of customer support agents don't know that so they send the technician and when the guy arrives and see the problem, they tell me that they can't do anything because they don't have "peloton custom tools" to remove the bracket. Two different people came here with the same answer.
Then, support offered to swap the bike with a brand new. The first time, I didn't check it right away (as it was new!) but as soon as I started riding I heard all the noises. Then, they send another bike, and this time I checked it as soon they installed. Bingo, same issues.
It looks like an entire lot of original bikes sent to Canada left the factory with problems..
I am tired of waiting for Peloton to find a solution. Can someone help me figure out what they issue is and how to fix it?
