The 45 min Groove rides are the best classes because of the choreography, variety, music and having 1 arms song. I get such a great workout because I enjoy the movements, but think there could be more pushups, abs, etc. Emma is only doing 20-30 min sessions now and rarely does them. She’s mostly teaching Arms and Intervals which I find intervals boring. I’m afraid the Grooves will all disappear. Do you know why there are so many short classes as well? I like to do 1 class for 45-60 min and be done for the day!
