Has anyone had this happen before?????

I have had my bike for 6 years now and just moved two miles down the street and went to put my seat post back in the sleeve and can’t get it down. I have moved my bike before this way and never had this issue. I’ve already been crying for hours since my bike helps with my anxiety and high stress I have going on. They said it could be 10 days before I get the pet and maybe replace it.
