i found a few apps that will let me connect my heart rate to the peloton since I can’t do it via blue tooth

does anyone know any other apps that have this feature?

Do you have the newer Bike+ or the older Bike? If you have the newer one it can be paired directly. If not, there is a rumor that the Apple Watch will be able to pair directly to the older bike in the near future.
