Hey all,
Can someone walk us through what to do with our pedals. The tension screws fell out and now they won’t tighten when I put them back in. There’s a small spinner piece that I’m assuming fell out of somewhere too, but no idea where? Please help...

Sorry to hear that - what a pain. I would go to Peloton support and call them or start a chat. If you're missing a piece they are usually good about sending things to you for free or cheap.

I had the same thing happen to me after 3 weeks of using my bike. I work for Nylok and I took the screws to work and had them coated with Blue patch and now it is safe to say, this will not happen again. I am so surprised that Peloton does not have any locking features on any of their fasteners. I am trying to get in touch with their engineers so we can get this issue resolved for everyone!

Did something similar. Over-loosened the pedal tension screw. Everything looks to be in tact, Haven’t lost any pieces. There is a square piece of metal that marks the tension I think. I feel as if I can not get the screw to go back through this piece. Again, I didn’t remove the screw from the pedal itself. I believe all pieces are intact. I tried using some hemostats to grasp and slightly move this square piece of metal (Is this the “spinner” referred to above?), thinking maybe it wasn’t aligned precisely for the screw to go through. Thanks for this post.

Did anyone every come up with a solution here? I'm experiencing this right now. This happened to both my pedals when I tried switching over to cages. The bike was bought second-hand, but only a week ago.
