Helo,

My wife and I share a bike and her shoe is currently stuck in the pedal. I watched the Peloton video about getting a stuck shoe out but for the life of me I still cannot get this shoe out.

Does anyone have any helpful recommendations?

Turn the pedal over and loosen the clip tension, counter clockwise with the tool they provided. Then you should be able to loosen the shoe by pulling the heel out away from the bike. You may have the clip tension too tight.
