With the new PROGRAMS workouts, is it possible to have a couple multifaceted programs that are full comprehensive workouts that incorporate multiple facets like different days for cycling, strength, treadmill and maybe even rowing? That way one can get a complete total workout over a period of time. The programs at this time are very specific and by doing one program would lead me toward neglecting others. Thank you.

I like that idea - a x-training program. I personally do a variety of different types of exercise as i don't feel cycling alone give me a well rounded work out.

So, how does one make this recommendation?

Here's the form to submit your idea to Peloton.

I would actually like to see programs even allow getting credit for non-Peloton workouts like running or riding outside with a compatible GPS and HRM. If there were a "training for a Marathon" program, I would certainly be doing some runs outsides as well as on the Tread.

Here is the request that I submitted:

“Please develop a couple general purpose programs that are training plans
which include multidisciplinary total body (cycling, walking, strength, treadmill, rowing?, etc.) plans over a period of time.
The present programs are workout specific and tend to neglect other aspects that lead to a total body comprehensive workout.
Thank you ! “

Excellent. The other place you could submit it is on the Official Peloton Facebook group. The group is giant and many of the people are pretty obnoxious but once a month they ask the members what features they want and the group "likes" their favorites. Peloton does seem to pay attention to things the community submits there.

Thanks ,Gina, for the support. I do not do Facebook, so I am not the one to make this suggestion to this group. I did get a response to my suggestion, but I feel like it was a ‘stock’ answer and I would be surprised if the suggestion were to become acted upon.

Thanks for the support, Gina. I did receive a ‘stock’ response indicating that they’d turn my suggestion over to ‘the team’.
I do not do Facebook, so I’m not the one to suggest this to FB members.
Guess we’ll have to wait and see.
thanks again.
