I will be riding the C&O and GAP trails in Sept, 330 miles total. The trails are basically flat, with the exception of a 25 mile "climb" at about 2% grade. I am looking for ideas on how to equate Peloton bike resistance to road incline. Trails are gravel and I will be carrying gear, so that will of course add the effort level.
