Considering Peleton bike is such a high end product, the customer service Peleton provided is the worst. I have been contacting Peleton for 4 days now, enquiring about my delivery schedule and the possibility of changing the time, anyways, during these four days, all agents that I’ve talked to including live chat, email, and phone could not help me solve my issue and would never get back to me despite their promises of getting back to me as soon as possible regarding to this matter. I am extremely and utterly disappointed with Peleton’s customer service and I hope the bike is good enough to make this all worth it.
I just ordered a bike 4/13/2020. When I went to schedule delivery, I waited 45 minutes on line to talk to a representative and never got an answer. I started a chat and was number 126 in the que. After waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes I was able to chat with a representative. The earliest date I could get for deliver in LA California was 6/13/2020. That is 9 weeks after the day I placed my order. Needles to say, with customer service like this and a 9 week wait for delivery, I will be canceling my order and looking at better options. I am sure Peloton is losing sales due to their horrible customer support and long lead time for delivery.I've been hearing a lot of how unprofessional the delivery process has been carried out. One of the reasons why i'm hesitant to buy a bike right now.
