Hi all. I am an injured runner who needs another outlet, or seriously, I might just punch someone in the face. Ordered and paid for the Peloton in August. Since Peloton outsourced all deliveries, it was a massive $hitshow to actually have the bike delivered. It was truly a boondoggle and I really believed I would never get it. Once we actually got it 2 months later, I was super psyched. Got set up and we were in the honeymoon period for a few months. Love the instructors, was so glad these workouts were my lifeline, and was in Peloton heaven. UNTIL.....Month 3. Suddenly we get the message Peloton not connecting to wifi. We unplugged everything, reset our router, and no dice. We googled it and apparently this is a common problem amongst Peloton users. Have reset/unplugged 20 times. Ten other devices in our house have zero problems with our wifi. WTF do I do now? Has anyone else had issues? Any suggestions? I see that the company is tanking like the Titanic, but is there no lifeline for current users? Customer service previously has been rude and not helpful. Should I try again?
