I recently got on to ride and saw my resistance was reading 100. The digital readout stays at 100 unless turned all the way to the left when it changes abruptly to 0.
A few details
-the resistance does change as I turn the knob just not the digital
-I’ve unplugged the bike and plugged it back in
-I’ve unplugged the cords going into the screen and plugged them back in.

Any trouble shooting ideas welcome

If restarting the bike didn't fix it that sounds like a serious defect. Is your bike still under warranty?
