I use the Peloton App but have a Stages bike without cadence or power.
When I ride I try to mirror the instructor cadence.
When an instructor say 30-40% resistance, does that mean 3-4 full turns of resistance?
Also, when they say to add X what does that equate to? Is add 5the same as a half turn?
