I’ve had my bike since July and use it a lot but the nonstop taking is a bummer. Alex T is the worst but it’s really a toss up. They all talk incessantly and they’re all basically full of shit. The pep talk life affirmation gratitude bs is tedious. I’ll keep at it but wish they’d consider a ride with music and minimal instruction.

Just did a tunde ride. She’s a badass to say the least but incessant chatter. “Everything that you do not know has led you to everything that you know.” Really? I think she said that a a dozen times mixed in with a litany of other motivational nonsense. I realize I’m in the minority but it would be so nice if there were classes where taking just focused on elements of the workout. There’s plenty to say there.

I am basically down to just Sam. He’s great. Zero bs. Very mellow but guides perfectly. . I really enjoy Kendall’s interval and arms but oh my dear lord she never stops spewing total nonsense. There really need to instructor mute. Please peloton.
