What is with these instructors?! I do not enjoy watching them dance on their bikes or lip sync to the music. I especially don't want to hear them singing over the songs! Quit talking to my spirit, and start talking to my legs! If anyone knows of some instructors who have classes in which they focus on the ride and talk to technique and form, please point me to them!

They’re all chatty Kathy’s. I think Sam Yo is the least at talking.

I totally agree. I find that Sam Yo is the most palatable teacher in this regard. Also Ben Aldis and Matt Wilpers. None of them dance, they don’t sing (much), and they give some encouragement but not excessive.
Thank you! I'll definitely check them out! I've actually left rides early because the other instructors I've were so annoying.

Reading this string , why have you ACTUALLY bought a peloton ? You OBVIOUSLY did no research whatsoever , did not explore the Peloton App so you could see that the pull of Peloton is the Instructors motivating you
Advice - stop moaning , sell your peloton buy a treadmill then you won’t get the motivational singing dancing talking amazing instructors willing you to keep on going and giving you their all as this is not just a job to them you can clearly see that and their energy is lost on you

I see your point but it’s a little harsh! I LOVE a good motivation class instructor whether it’s spinning, kickboxing, Boot Camp etc., but some of the instructors do talk way too much. Part of the endorphin high is the music. I understand different people like different things which is why it would be awesome to be able to seriously lower (or increase) the instructor. Yes they did add this option but it is not enough for some of the really good and loud teachers. Motivating, encouraging, big personalities is one thing, but incessant loud talking is another. They just need to add more control over the volume options. The new addition is clearly not enough in my humble opinion. BTW I have had the bike for 4 years and the tread for 2. I’m a huge fan!!

I agree - it’s not very professional Or enjoyable.
I have found these instructors to spin with: Sam Yo, Ben Alldi. Christine D’Ercole.
Im in my 60’s and really enjoy the Power Zone classes.
