Not sure if this is me or if it is the newest update. But don't like it. During the ride - riders who finish before me disappear. When I finish - my outputs drop to zero and I can't go back and look at stats - where I wound up on the current ride with the current riders - ie. where I stood against my age group at the time and also to the totals for all-time. Kind of defeats the purpose of looking at the stats. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have been let down with this update too. At first all I noticed was I would move up spots on the leaderboard without passing anyone. I liked seeing where I was passing those before me who had stopped riding and I was still going.....

curious if Peloton actually checks tests their updates before force feeding them to bike owners. The latest version has wrecked all kinds of havoc with my bike, too point of thinking about selling it bc customer service only solution is to clear everything and start over.

Software update has caused the following issues:
  • - slow loading very slow -even when cache cleared & internet access is superfast for all other devices in home
  • - drops connection in middle of ride and lose all data - all other devices do not have this problem - only peloton since update
  • - drops all filters for a search and ride picked after less than 30 seconds - need to start over
-- peloton has skimped on the music for instructors to build for their class - all country rides or classic rock rides virtually the same

As anyone had these technical problems since update? so frustrated!!
Ready to sell - maybe give away as for a company trying to avoid extinction - they are going in the wrong direction from what they were!

This sounds so much like an internet streaming signal problem. Not a WiFi problem because you can have a strong signal, but crappy bandwidth. There are known issues like this when your ISP turns on IPv6. You may or may not know. Without reporting which model bike you have, I can't give you any suggestions.

And regarding music, if you do a little research you'll find that they were sued a year or so ago and are very restricted by which artist will license their music. Never heard anyone complain about skimping on music because I love Classic Rock and their are not enough of them. All that latest pop garbage.

This sounds so much like an internet streaming signal problem. Not a WiFi problem because you can have a strong signal, but crappy bandwidth. Yes, same here. Slow loading, classes pausing - it's a mess. They're aware of the problem with the update. My bike is sitting unused at the moment, three factory resets later.

Peloton please get your shit together. Systematically wrecking everything great you. Borderline ready to sell at a bargain and find another platform! Boo whoo !!!
