Very sad today as was half way through a class and the spin wheels are totally jammed

Called the call centre and apparently the bike needs calibration BUT to do this you need a tool that was not supplied and worse still is not in stock

Now need to wait almost three weeks for a technician to come to resolve

Hardly great service for a premium product.....

Any ideas from community members if this is a big issue or easy one to fix some how as don't want to wait three weeks !

Do you have the Bike or the Bike+? I've heard of many people calibrating their Bike but since the Bike+ is calibrated digitally I don't think it's possible to do it yourself.

Terrible serice and still waiting for home visit

no email follow up to confirm date and not credit of fees when back out of action
