The metrics on my peloton 3rd generation bike do not work and I have an error message on my screen that says there is an issue with the bike and to contact customer support - B0202
i have disconnected cables and reconnected, made sure updates ok and contacted customer support. They talked me through various procedures to try to correct it but still comes up with error message and metrics not working. Very frustrating as rest of screen functions work perfectly.
customer support tell me that I need a new screen at £450.
Has anyone had this problem and repaired the screen themselves, if so please could you let me know how.
