Hi All,
I received my Peloton treadmill today and I seem to be having an issue where if I go above 3MPH it tells me that the treadmill is going to turn off because no one is on it. I've called customer service and they have told me that I am below the min. weight requirement and it will not work for me. I am 5'0" and weigh 102lbs. Has anyone with a similar size frame purchased a tread? Did it work for you?

That seems like a pretty high threshold as there are a lot of people who weigh less than you! I don't have a tread but I've never heard of that before and it doesn't sound right to me.
