Hi, just ordered the bike today. The bike is scheduled to be delivered in late July. I am close NYC. is that the typical delivery time now for the NE area? Also they charged me immediately for the full amount, most companies do not charge you until the product is shipped. Not looking for solution but just want to hear the ordering/delivering experiences from other new members who recently ordered the bike in big metro cities.

Unfortunately that is typical for now from what I've heard. Since everyone is stuck at home they had a big surge in bike sales so they're supply chain is backed up. When I ordered mine last year it took less than two weeks. Hope they exceed your expectations and get it to you sooner.

I don't remember when they charged me but I agree that is strange that they charged you for the whole amount especially given you have to wait for two months to use it.
