Moving from the US to Germany

Hi, newbie on board 👋🏼

My boyfriend and I have the original Tread Plus. We are currently living in Alabama and moving to a Germany next month. We do have a transformer to convert the voltage but we are worried about the frequency not converting properly. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Hey, you shouldn't worry about it. I bought mine here, and I moved to the Netherlands recently. You check if you wanna find more, I think it will be useful for you because you are not local in Europe. I took my Tread with me, and I know a few people who moved here from the USA with one. I think you won't have any problems with it, as you can use an adapter or buy a euro spec power cord for it. I can try to find some good ones and reply here if you still need them. The bike is dual voltage, and everything will be great.

Hi! I have a tread and am moving to Denmark soon. What converter/adapter do you use on your tread?
