I got my bike a month ago and I absolutely love it. I started with Jenn Sherman beginner courses. She’s very clear, calm, and mature. As a 51 year old, I like that about her teaching style. My wife started with Cody, who is an absolute blast. His classes go by quickly as you almost forget you’re working out. He‘s that entertaining. Regardless, we started out slowly. I couldn’t stand spin classes in the past but it was always due to being in too advanced a class for my fitness level. So with the Peloton, I’m starting slow. A month into it and I just took my first intermediate class and I expect to be at this level for a long time.Thank you, I did the beginner bike ride, the stretching and the low weight arms workout. That was enough for a first day!
